Exploring the Project Lifecycle Bookends: from the Strategic Front-End to the Transitional Back-End

This presentation will summarise the emerging findings of an ongoing collaborative research project. The project involves investigating what happens in the phases of the project lifecycle before the project is formally recognized and in the phase when the project morphs into operating.
The research is being run as part of the ‘Project X’ initiative that has been launched by the Infrastructure and Project Authority with HM government.
